Out of these colleges, which do you think is the best choice for what I'm looking for?

Congrats on getting into some great schools.Of these schools, UC Davis has the best reputation in general, and Cal Poli SLU has the best reputation in science and engineering. They will both have plenty of academic resources, but the CA budget cut have hit the cal states harder than the UCs, so probably you will have a harder time getting the cles you want at cal poly, and Davis has a nicer, more traditional campus.
