What are the components to a typical NASA robotic rover?

I am doing a NASA project and I want to propose a robotics mission to Mars. Unfortunately I do not know the slightest idea of what composes a robotic rover. I know a few components of past rovers, such as the drill, camera, satelite, solar panel, and frame, but that is not enough. Plus I need to make a detailed blueprint of what my proposed robot should look like, so I need all the information I need to creatively design a rover. Can anyone please layout ALL the technical components of a robotic rover?
