What are all the feelings?

I'm 25 weeks pregnant (baby #1) and I keep feeling a little swishing feeling around my belly on that I think maybe the umbilical cord. I also keep feeling the "erfly" feeling is that the baby moving and repositioning herself? The only feelings I'm positive about are the kicks and that's because I can watch my belly move (I'm 6 1/2 months but still relatively skinny). Did I get any of those guesses right or am I far off? Noone ever told me how to guess which feelings were which.
