Driving lessons - any tips?

I would buy the CD ROM of both Hazard perception and highway code. There was no more of a nervous driver than me, I would have palpitations and almost vomit in fear. I changed my instructor to a more laid back one. We laugh and joke with each other, my concentration has increased dramatically and I'm no longer scared. As long as your instructor is good and puts you at ease your fears will p, mine did. Unfortunately though 12 months later not yet ped though ped theory. Good luck
