What is the best way to take care of spiderling.(Chilean rose tarantula)?

so far its living in a gerber baby food can. it eats 3to5 pinhead crickets twice a week. put couple drop of water on the lid. substrate filled up half a inch. always take out the leftover cricket around 24 hours. leave it in the dark room with temperature around 71. tell me if i am missing anything or doing anything wrong i'm new at this.
