Edible gift for my colorguard sister?

I have to make my colorguard 'sister' a gift and we decided to make each other something edible, but all I could come up with is little 'pancake' cakes spelling her name, which is Kathy btw. If anyone had any ideas of what I could make her that would be great, thanks in advance.
