Is Anyone Surprised that Obama Refuses to Give Bin Laden the Death Penalty?

There are some things worse than death. I know Obama's position is probably that Bin Laden is a victim of society, but jail the bum for life, making him listen to "YMCA" by the Village People 24 hours a day. Let him jihad his way out of that one.
