Help with a mercruiser 260 5.7 gm v8 not starting?

i have a mercruiser 250 on my boat its got gas its got spark and its in the right fireing order but i cant get her to fire two weeks ago it started fine i left it in a marina and now i guess either someone messed with it or who knows any can help
