What happened to the Senator Edward M. Kennedy Memorial Health Care Reform Bill?

No one uses the name, maybe it's too long and the blowhards get their tongue twisted saying it. The best known name is ObamaCare. I have seen PelosiCare too, both are fitting. The House version remains an atrocity, it won't p the senate. Lawmakers (in Pelosi's version) have again exempted themselves from the very law they wish to create, they refer that lawmakers may participate if they wish.
