30 weeks and desperate for advice! Is there anything that will help with...?

turning my little girl into the right postition for a 4D ultrasound? So far I have had one at 28 weeks, 29 weeks, and now I will have one tomorrow at 30 weeks. The first one she was breech and facing my spine. The second one she was head down and facing up but she had her arm covering her face the whole time! This is the last one they will try bc she has been measuring 2 weeks ahead, and if we cant see her now, its just going to be too crowded to see later. I really want to get some kind of idea of what to expect as far as her looks but I dont know how to get her to be in the right postion!
