My doctor prescribed these medications to me but I read they can be a dangerous mix. Any doctors?

I have been on Concerta, Ultram, Robaxin, and Darvocet for about 4 years now. This past week my psychiatrist gave me cymbalta to add to my daily pill tails to help me with my fibromyalgia (which causes my depression) and my depression. I read that Ultram and cymbalta can cause seretonin syndrome which can be fatal. My doctor is older and she has a lot of patients, I am unsure if she knows all the medications my physician has me on (the pain medications). I read that if 'the benefits outweigh the risks', but that is a pretty big risk. I was wondering if anyone had any sources or any doctors that know how dangers my medication combination is? I take the cymbalta at night and concerta in the morning, the pain pills three times a day. I am also 19 years old and a female if that matters any. I was also wondering if I am having shivers if that is enough to contact my doctor because it is somewhat new, but I do have TMJ (it is just my jaw has been quivering) it may just be acting up (but it hasn't this much in a few years). Does this medication negatively affect female drive? Finally, am I just overreacting? I just started the medication three days ago but I didn't get a whole bunch of information when I got the medication. Any REAL information or sources will be welcomed and greatly appreciated. Most information or most specific information gets best answer.
