How to tell if a guy likes you? Do you think he likes me?!?

He obviously likes you, he isn't going to waste his time with someone who he doesn't care about. Also he wouldn't take you out on a date and pay for you if you were in the "friend zone". Would you invite a friend and pay for them? Most likely not. He is complimenting you, to show he is interested. He probably is taking things slow because he may be shy. He probably wanted to invite your friend so it wouldn't be awkward your first date. You need to stop yzing every aspect, and just have fun! Just give it time....remember: things that are easy to get are easily lost.
