Help! I seem to be allergic to both latex and polyurthane condoms?

I became ually active a few years ago. The person I slept with was a serious bf, or so I thought at the time, and I was getting super inflamed from using latex condoms, so we stopped using them. The next couple guys were pretty random, and I used poly condoms with them. They seemed to work a lot better for me. I wasn't have the same bad reaction. The next guy was a virgin and a long-term boyfriend. We didn't use condoms. Now that I'm single again, I decided I really do need to use condoms and it was pretty foolish ever not to. So I got the polyurthane condoms again. Well, I hooked up on Friday with this guy, and I used the poly condoms. I got inflamed! I still am even today. I don't know what to do. I heard lambskin condoms are ineffective, plus they are sort of creepy. Could it have to do with needing more lube? Is there anything I can do here??
