Don't you think Yahoo Answers Customer Service is overbearing?

I just feel that this forum site really isn't that great. Their rules and "community guidelines" are vague and lend themselves to quite a few interpretations. It also puts some people at a great disadvantage. People with very different opinions/beliefs/ways of thinking will often get reported. Then, Customer service shuts down your account and you can't get it back. Obviously, if someone is dropping f-bomb left and right, they need to be kicked off. But Customer service goes after other people as well, not only potty-mouths.
